AI-Powered Enhancement

Upscale Images with AI

Two ways to upscale: a private engine that runs entirely in your browser — your image never uploads — or state-of-the-art AI models on GPU servers for any size, with automatic deletion.

AI Enhance runs on our secure servers.

State-of-the-art upscaling models need serious GPUs, so this tier processes your image in an isolated server job (via fal.ai) over TLS and deletes it automatically. A free account includes 3 AI upscale credits per month — no card required.

Features

Private, In Your Browser

The free Browser tier runs Real-ESRGAN on your own device — the image never uploads anywhere. Best for photos up to ~4 MP; the model downloads once and is cached.

AI Enhance for Any Size

Crisp refines photos and faces with lifelike detail; Clarity rebuilds maximum texture for hero shots. Dedicated GPUs handle full-resolution photos in seconds.

Secure Either Way

Browser jobs never leave your device. AI jobs run in isolated server jobs over TLS and are deleted automatically after processing — you choose the trade-off.

Frequently asked questions

Does my photo get uploaded?

Only if you choose to. The Browser tier runs Real-ESRGAN entirely on your device — the image never uploads anywhere. AI Enhance sends the image to GPU servers over TLS for higher-fidelity models, and files are deleted automatically after processing.

What's the difference between the Browser tier and AI Enhance?

The Browser tier is free and private, best for photos up to around 4 megapixels — your own hardware does the work. AI Enhance runs state-of-the-art models on dedicated GPUs: Crisp refines photos and faces with lifelike detail, Clarity rebuilds maximum texture for hero shots, and both handle full-resolution images.

What does AI Enhance cost?

AI upscales use credits: Crisp costs 1 credit per image and Clarity costs 5. A free account includes monthly credits — no card required to try it.

Which image formats are supported?

PNG, JPG, and WebP work with AI Enhance. If your photo is in another format (like HEIC), convert it first — the converter runs in your browser too.

Going the other direction? The image compressor shrinks photos for email and the web, and the converter handles HEIC, WebP, AVIF, and more.
